Yes, Sign post already at front of the property. If sign post not at front of the property I am responsible for all trip charges and sign post storage fee $40.00 per month until sign post not return to the warehouse.

We don't pick up any sign rider with sign post if not belong to us. If any sign rider on sign post related to realtor we leave at property. yyc printing not responsible for lost rider.
